Our Values and Team

Care that goes beyond the clinic — for pets, people, and the planet.

What We Stand For

1. Pets Come First — Always We’re here to complement clinics, not replace them. We don't offer surgery or inpatient care — and we refer responsibly when escalation is needed.

2. Mental Health Veterinary professionals face some of the highest rates of burnout, compassion fatigue and suicide. We offer more control, community, and support: shorter shifts, no out-of-hours, and freedom to work how and when it suits.

3. Sustainable Care One vet on the road is more efficient than 20 clients in cars. We reduce emissions, have paperless processes, and rethink what responsible care looks like in modern cities.

4. We Listen to Owners Pet owners know their animals best. We take time to listen, explain, and collaborate — no upselling, no rushing.

5. Local First We partner only with independent vets and nurses. We're building this platform for communities, not corporates.

6. Accessibility We care for pets in homes where travel is difficult — elderly owners, disabled carers, reactive animals, and more. Every pet deserves dignified, stress-free care.

Dr. Ignacio

Veterinary Surgeon

"Hello, I graduated in 1994 and have been working for different small animal practices until 2021 when I decided to fly solo and focus my veterinary career in helping pets at their homes. A home visit is the best place for carrying an examination, where they feel safe and secure. I do have one little girl, Poppy, a 10 year old Shih Tzu but still missing a lot Muffin the Lhasa and Alfie the cat. I enjoy the great outdoors and love cooking."

Dr. Irene

Dr. Kaye

Veterinary Surgeon

"I see high-quality home visits as part of the natural progression of good clinical practice. We must embrace delivering home consultations, health education and expert veterinary care, to any patient, irrespective of their location, particularly in light of how the pandemic has altered modern life. Having worked at specialist level for more than two decades I have vast a clinical knowledge and set of skills, including but not limited to; gastroenterology, endocrinology, oncology, medical neurology, cardiorespiratory, dermatology and so forth. I have worked in day practice as well as in the emergency setting. I have recently completed post-graduate study in Animal Welfare, Ethics, Policy & Law, and One Health as I am very interested in the complexities of animal welfare and sustainability. Above all I am passionate and compassionate to deliver the best care for my patients. When hearing hoof beats upon a road, whilst others may think of a horse approaching: I hear a Zebra. It is that kind of thinking outside the box that makes good medicine."

Dr. Ana

I pride myself on being attentive to clients’ needs, offering tailored guidance in all aspects of care. With a professional yet approachable style, I strive to deliver excellence in every aspect of my work, including, but not limited to: consulting for dogs and cats, vaccinations clinic, pet health certification, nutrition clinic, policy advisor, official veterinarian, animal health certification, welfare advisor, ABP advisor."
