Consultation fees start from £60 for Stoke and £90 for London and Manchester.
Additional charges may apply for medicines, testing and prescriptions. You can request a prescription instead of medication.
This is not an emergency service. If your pet requires urgent treatment, please contact our emergency providers immediately.
Vaccines, Librela and Solensia appointments require at least 2 working days' notice.

Card Details Cardholder Name Payment information: Your card details are securely stored using Stripe. We do not charge anything at the time of booking — a small preauthorisation may appear to confirm the card is valid, but no payment is taken until after your appointment.

The final charge is based on the services provided during your visit and is processed only after the appointment is complete.

If you'd prefer to use Klarna to split the payment, please let your vet or nurse know at the start of the visit. You’ll need to complete the Klarna checkout and show proof of payment before the appointment ends — otherwise, the saved card may be charged automatically.

I understand that consultation fees do not include medicines, laboratory testing, prescription fees, referral costs, follow-up visits or other treatments unless specifically stated. Additional charges will be explained where possible before treatment.
